Attendance and Travel

Our aim is that all our pupils attend school every day that they are fit to do so. Regular school attendance is vital for our pupils, in order that they can make good progress and achieve their academic potential. We recognise that for some of our pupils this may be an extremely difficult target to achieve and aim to give as much support and positive praise as practically possible in order to assist them in regular daily attendance.

A list of school holidays is issued every year and family holidays should be planned within these dates. Taking children out of school during term time in exceptional circumstances is only authorised upon application to the Head Teacher.

Further information can be found in the All Saints’ Attendance Policy, which is on the Policies section of the website.

If your child travels to school on their own, it is essential that you complete a 'Lone Traveller' form. For a copy of the form please click here or call at the school office for a paper copy.
